Troubleshoot Your Mobile Device

If you notice a glitch with your mobile device or from the app itself, try the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Make sure that both your mobile device and the Boomr app are up to date

2. Log out and back into the app

3. Turn your mobile device on and off

4. Force quit the app on your device
